City of Manassas Historic Sites
Manassas National Battlefield Park
1. When is the Reenactment?
Tickets are available for Saturday, July 23, 2011 or Sunday, July 24, 2011. Your ticket is only valid for the booked event date, location, time and the ticket type states. The Reenactment and activities on Saturday and Sunday are identical.
2. How will I be able to watch the Reenactment?
You can purchase a seat in the bleachers for optimal viewing. You can purchase a standing room only ticket.
3. What type of ticket can I purchase?
Tickets are broken down into four categories – adult, youth, bleacher, and standing room; Youth tickets are for children 12 – 6yrs; Children under 6 are admitted free. There is a processing fee per ticket order
4. What time should I get to the Reenactment?
Designated event parking lots are open from 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily. The Reenactment grounds are open from 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. It is recommended that you are at the viewing area for the Reenactment at 9:10 a.m. The Reenactment will start at 9:30 a.m. and last approximately 2 1/2 hours. Other activities at the Reenactment site include living history events, food vendors, period time vendors, and much, much more.
5. How do I get from the designated event parking lots to the Reenactment grounds?
There is no walk-up access to the reenactment event grounds. Each attendee must ride the official shuttle service to access the event from designated event parking lots. Event management team estimates the shuttle service will take thirty (30) minutes for guests to reach event site grounds after boarding the shuttle at designated event parking lots – please plan accordingly
6.What can I bring with me to the Reenactment? Can I bring a picnic for my family, my pet, etc.?
No coolers, lawn chairs, blankets, firearms, weapons, food and beverage (bottled water allowed) or pets are allowed in designated event parking lots, on event shuttle system, or designated event grounds – please refer to the event liability information for further information. This is a non-smoking event
7. What else is taking place at the Reenactment grounds?
Other activities at the Reenactment site include living history events, food vendors, period time vendors, and much, much more. Tickets are absolutely non-refundable nor can they be exchanged.
150th Commemoration Package
What types of tickets are included in the Commemoration Package?
Manassas National Battlefield Park Package includes a general admission fee to Manassas National Battlefield Park. You can tour the battlefield over 3 days. Ticket is valid Friday, July 22 - 24, 2011- (3) days.
Prince William County Historic Sites Package including admission to 3 historic sites. You can tour anyone of these three sites over 4 days. Thursday, July 21 - 24, 2011.
City of Manassas Package including all-day city shuttle and admission to seven (7) historic sites. Ticket is valid for one day; choose one day - Thursday - Sunday, July 21 - 24, 2011- (4) days.
150th Reenactment. Ticket is valid for purchased date only – July 23rd, 2011 or July 24th, 2011.
1. Will I get a printed ticket in the mail?
You will not receive paper tickets via mail; you must PRINT and bring each of your ordered tickets to the event.
2. What type of ticket can I purchase?

3. If I purchase a Commemoration Package – will the shuttle take me to each site included in the package?
No – each ticket has special parking and shuttle instructions – please refer to the individual FAQ sheet for each ticket type to determine the best parking transportation plan for your visit.
Prince William County Historic Landmark Tours
1. What historic sites are available to tour?
Three (3) tickets are available for purchase. Tickets include Ben Lomond Historic Site, Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre, and Rippon Lodge Historic Site.
2. Is there parking available at each site location?
Yes- but very limited

4. What day and time can I tour the historic sites?
Ticket purchased is valid Thursday, July 21 - 24, 2011- (4) days. Prince William County Historic Landmark Tour sites are open 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
5. How much are tickets?
Each ticket is $5.00 per tour site; children under 6 are admitted free. There is a processing fee per ticket order.
6. Will I get a printed ticket in the mail?
You will not receive paper tickets via mail - you must PRINT and bring each of your ordered tickets to the event.
7. Can I get a refund or visit the same site multiple times?
Tickets are absolutely non-refundable nor can they be exchanged. No readmittance.
City of Manassas
1. What historic sites are available to visit?
Ticket includes entrance into seven (7) Historic Sites including the Manassas Museum, Liberia Plantation, Confederate Cemetery, Cannon Branch Fort, Jennie Dean Historical Site, Mayfield Fort, and Camp Manassas.
2. What days can I visit the historic sites?
All seven sites will be open July 21 – 24, 2011. Tickets are valid for one day only July 21 - 24, 2011.
3. Will I get a printed ticket in the mail?
You will not receive paper tickets via mail - you must PRINT and bring each of your ordered tickets to the event.
4. Is there parking available at each site location?
There will be no public parking allowed at the event sites. Parking at the Prince William County Fairgrounds is included in the ticket purchase. Prince William County Fairgrounds are located at 10624 Dumfries Road, Manassas, VA 20110.
5. How will I access each site location if I park at the Prince William County Fairgrounds?
Transfer buses will be available at the Fairgrounds that will take you to the Manassas Museum at which time you’ll be able to board the shuttle to the seven (7) sites.
6. How much are tickets?
Tickets are $20.00 per person; children under 6 are admitted free. There is a processing fee per ticket order.
7. Can I get a refund or visit the same site multiple times?
Your one day ticket will allow you access to the seven (7) sites from 9am until 8pm with shuttle service during that time.
8. How do I get my $5.00 Manassas Note?
This package also includes a five dollar ($5.00) “Manassas Note” to be used toward dining or shopping at locations throughout the City of Manassas. Note will be given at the time of ticket validation.

Manassas National Battlefield Park
1. What is available to tour?
The park offers a wide array of activities, scenic vistas, historic sites and walking trails to interest the casual visitor or the true Civil War historian.
2. How much are tickets?
Tickets are $3.00 each.
3. Will I get a printed ticket in the mail?
You must PRINT and bring each of your ordered tickets to the event. You will not receive paper tickets via mail.
4. What time can I visit the Manassas National Battlefield Park?

Handicapped Accessibility
Do you need Special Assistance?
The site for the reenactment is on a private farm and therefore there are no permanent pedestrian walkways, roadways, etc. The ground is uneven and there are ruts in the ground to be watchful for while maneuvering around the site. A special needs shuttle will be available to take physically challenged spectators from the parking shuttle drop off area to the reenactment site. Special arrangements can be made to shuttle around the reenactment site as well as identify special seating if made in advance by clicking here.
